Overview
Real Estate Market Analysis and Economics is fundamental for any investor looking at real estate investment. Clement Ong, CFA, is a highly experienced real estate professional with over two decades of experience in various areas of the industry, including research, investment banking, private equity, strategic planning, development, and analysis. With a successful track record of completing real estate investment transactions and development projects totaling more than US$2bn in multiple countries, Clement is recognized as a leader in the field.
Currently, Clement is leading the real estate development expansion of Topgolf throughout Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, he led the Strategic Planning and Investment Unit at Banyan Tree Group, where he oversaw a wide range of real estate development projects. Earlier in his career, Clement worked as a Real Estate Investment Banker at JP Morgan and a REIT Analyst at Phillip Capital.
Clement earned a 1st Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is also a CFA charterholder.
