32 Low Carb Soups (Egg Drop Recipe + MORE!)

Ingredients
- 32 oz chicken broth (4 cups)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon tamari or coconut aminos
- 3 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- œ teaspoon Sesame oil
- œ teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional- red pepper flakes, sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Add the chicken broth, tamari or coconut aminos, ginger, sesame oil, and garlic salt to a medium pot. Heat on medium-high until the broth starts to come to a boil. Turn the soup down to low and simmer.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
- While constantly stirring the broth mixture, slowly stir in the eggs in one direction to create the egg âribbons.â
- Add the sliced green onion to the pot, season with salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy!
