  • 1 cup Red and Green Peppers sliced
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 6 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1 medium Red Onion chopped
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
